Welcome to Dogwood Clay! I am excited to have you as my customer. Before you start browsing my products and placing orders, please take a moment to read through the terms of service. Placing an order will constitute agreement that you have read and understood the terms of service.

• All my products are handmade and unique. As such, there may be slight variations in color, size, capacity and shape between products. All measurements are approximate.
  
• I make every effort to accurately represent my products through photographs, but I cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will be exactly the same as the colors of the physical products.
  
• Care instructions must be followed, a refund/replacement will not be issued after item is received in good condition.
  

• All orders are subject to availability. I may need to contact you to inform you of any delays or if I am unable to fulfill your order.
  
• I reserve the right to refuse any orders, in which case I will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
  

• I ship my products via standard shipping methods, and you will receive a tracking number upon shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  
• Please note that once an order has been shipped, the package is out of my hands. If you have problems with your shipment please reach out and I can try to assist. However, please understand that I do not send out refunds for lost items as this is complete out of my control.
  
• I take great care to package my products securely to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, I cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.

• I do not give out refunds or make exchanges at this time. However, if you come across any problem with your order, or you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, do not hesitate to reach out and I will happily try to resolve the issue. Thank you in advance for your understanding!

• All intellectual property rights in my products, including but not limited to designs, images, and text, belong to me.
  
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of my intellectual property without my express written permission.
  
• If you purchase one of my pieces I encourage you to share your purchase on social media such as on Instagram. If sharing, please be sure to tag Dogwood Clay. By tagging me in your photos, you agree to allow me to repost, share, or feature your content on my own social media accounts or website. By tagging me in your photos, you acknowledge that you are the rightful owner of the content and that you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content.

• I may not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use my products.
  
• My liability to you, if any, shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

• By engaging in any transaction or purchase on this website or by commissioning any custom ceramic products, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a contractual relationship with Dogwood Clay, LLC, which operates as a Limited Liability Company under the laws of the State of New York. As a Limited Liability Company, Dogwood Clay, LLC assumes liability limited to the extent permitted by law and within the scope of the services provided. Any references in these Terms of Service or on this website to 'I', 'we', 'our', or 'us' shall refer to Dogwood Clay, LLC.

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York to resolve any legal matter arising from these terms.

• I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of my website or purchase of my products after any such modification shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
